The Electoral Office is asking volunteers who have already sent a declaration of acceptance as an election assistant to the Elections Department of the City of Aachen in December or by mid-January and have not yet received a letter of invitation to contact the responsible staff at wahlhilfe@mail.aachen.deoder 0241 432-1640 as soon as possible. The colleagues had already sent out the call-up letters for election supervisors, deputy election supervisors and assessors at the end of January.

The electoral office has already received an increasing number of enquiries regarding the deployment of volunteer electoral assistants on February 23.
