Disruption rectified: Citizen service locations are available again

After the Citizens' Service and the district offices had to close yesterday (Thursday), the disruption has now been rectified: both on-site and online services are available again as usual.

Due to the malfunction in the specialist application, there was no access to the systems of the citizens' office and the citizens' services of the district offices yesterday. For this reason, the Bahnhof and Katschhof locations and the district offices were closed yesterday. Unfortunately, this also had an impact on some online services, such as resident parking, as it was not possible to compare them with the residents' register.
