Technical fault: Citizen service locations have to close

The City of Aachen is currently affected by a technical fault, which is why not all services can be offered as usual. We are working at full speed to rectify the fault. The citizen service locations at Katschhof and the train station, as well as the district offices, are therefore unfortunately unable to offer any services and have to close today.
