The traditional senior citizens' carnival sessions of the Department of Housing, Social Affairs and Integration will take place for the 57th time in 2026 on Tuesday, February 3 and Wednesday, February 4 in the Europa-Saal of the EUROGRESS Aachen. All Aachen residents aged 60 and over are invited to the sessions. Admission is free.

In addition to the performances by well-known carnival artists, the highlight of the sessions is the entry of Prince Lukas I, who comes to the Eurogress to personally welcome the senior citizens to the session. Free buses are available for the return journey from Monheimsallee.

Tickets will be issued on Friday, January 9. Tickets will be issued in the district offices from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., in the Kornelimünster district office from 9 a.m. and in the Bahnhofplatz administration building, Hackländerstr. 1, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Tickets can also be booked online via seniorenkarnevalstadtaachen.ticket.io from 11.11 a.m. on Friday, January 9.
