The project orchestra of the municipal music school in Aachen and the parish of Herz Jesu in the Frankenberg district cordially invite you to the traditional "Christmas in Herz Jesu" concert on Sunday, December 14.

Around 50 instrumentalists aged between six and 66 come together twice a year in the project orchestra to make music together. Under the direction of Hanna Gründer, they present a colorful mixture of atmospheric music - from classical pieces such as Brahms' "Hungarian Dance" to popular film music, including "Over the Rainbow" and themes from "The Godfather".

As a highlight, the orchestra invites the audience to sing along and together they fill the church with a Christmassy atmosphere.

As a festive conclusion to the annual nativity scene exhibition, the concert aims to give all visitors a contemplative immersion into the pre-Christmas period.

Admission to the concert is free, but a donation to the Friends of the Music School and/or for the preservation of the church is requested.
