The summer vacations are coming to an end, but the public participation in the local mobility concept for the district of Richterich is being extended: until September 7, citizens have the opportunity to submit their ideas, suggestions and wishes for a better traffic situation in Aachen-Richterich online.

The aim of the mobility concept is to develop sustainable and needs-based solutions for the local traffic situation. To date, over 250 responses have already been submitted on topics such as accessibility, sidewalk widths, danger spots and visibility.

Two participation formats are available at aachen.de/mobilitätskonzept-richterich:

• An interactive map on which information and photos can be entered directly.
• A short survey that asks specifically about positive experiences and existing problems.

The City of Aachen is calling on all citizens to get involved and work together on attractive local mobility for Richterich.
