Due to the continuing shortage of staff, the opening hours of the Südhalle swimming pool will have to be restricted again next week, Monday, August 18, until Sunday, August 24. The Südhalle will be open next week:

• Tue: 10.00 - 17.00 h
• Wed: 10.00 - 17.00 h
• Thu: 12.00 - 17.00 (cleaning day)
• Fri: 10.00 - 17.00 h
• Sat: 10.00 - 17.00 h
• Sun: 10.00 - 17.00 h

Unfortunately, the staff gained in this way will not be enough to open the Hangeweiher outdoor pool completely in the coming week: On the weekend of Saturday, August 23 and Sunday, August 24, the outdoor pool will only be open from 10 am to 7:30 pm. The ticket office closes at 6.30 pm.

Due to the ongoing tense staffing situation in Aachen's swimming pools, the municipal sports department asks all bathers to check the city of Aachen's sports portal at www.aachen.de/sport before visiting the outdoor pool or one of the indoor swimming pools to ensure that there are no restrictions or closures in the respective pools.
