If you want to take a dip in the cool water between the Easter egg hunt and Easter coffee with the family, you should note the changed opening times at Aachen's indoor swimming pools.

Schwimmhalle Süd will be open on Good Friday, April 18, Easter Sunday, April 20, and Easter Monday, March 21, from 9 am to 4 pm. Elisabethhalle, Schwimmhalle Brand and Ulla-Klinger-Halle are closed on these days.

On Easter Saturday, April 19, the swimming pools will be open at the usual times:

• Elisabethhalle: 6.30 a.m. to 12 noon
• South swimming pool: 10 am to 5 pm
• Brand indoor swimming pool: 9 am to 4 pm
• Ulla-Klinger-Halle: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Schwimmhalle Ost is open on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday from 8 am to 1.30 pm and on Easter Saturday from 7 am to 5.30 pm.

Vacation ticket

For just seven euros, children aged six and over and young people under the age of 18 can use the municipal swimming pools every day during the Easter vacations from Saturday, March 12 up to and including Sunday, March 27 with the vacation card and their school ID. The vacation card can be purchased on site at the ticket offices or online via the webshop at ticket-baeder.aachen.de.

Easter holiday offers at the municipal pools

There are lots of great offers during the Easter vacations in the municipal swimming pools Süd, Brand and in the Ulla-Klinger-Halle. Registration is generally not necessary, otherwise just bring your swimming gear and pay the normal fee for the indoor swimming pool. The vacation card is a good tip here!
