Sports committee approves subsidy for sports equipment

At its meeting yesterday (Tuesday, October 8), the sports committee of the city of Aachen unanimously approved a grant of 760.70 euros. The money will go to BSV Batavieren Aachen 2007 e. V.. The archery club had lost all of its equipment for training in the winter season due to water damage in the GGS Horbach gym in August 2024, as it had become moldy and was disposed of. The club is now receiving a grant of 25%, i.e. the full eligible amount, for new training targets, training stands and a safety net.
