Christmas market: minibuses shuttle between Tivoli parking garage and city center
Park+Ride at the Tivoli multi-storey parking lot will be particularly attractive for visitors to the Aachen Christmas Market on Saturday, December 14, 2024. On this day, minibuses will travel directly from the Sportpark Soers stop to the Christmas market every 30 minutes between 11 am and 8 pm. Passengers can get on at Sportpark Soers at bus stops H.8 (Albert-Servais-Allee) and H.5 (Krefelder Straße). The buses run non-stop to the Markt / Judengasse stop. From there it is only a few meters to the Christmas market in front of the town hall and on the Katschhof.
The buses also run every 30 minutes from the same stop Markt/Judengasse back to the Tivoli parking garage. Passengers can find the Christmas market shuttle timetable at the bus stops and on www.aseag.de.
Larger groups cannot be transported on the minibuses and only individual wheelchairs or baby carriages can be taken. From bus stop H.5 at Sportpark Soers, however, buses on route 51 also run every 7.5 minutes in the direction of Aachen Bushof and Elisenbrunnen.
Parking ticket is valid as a bus ticket for up to five people
The parking ticket is valid as a ticket for both the Christmas market shuttle and the buses on route 51. Up to five people can use the parking ticket to travel to destinations on and within the avenue ring.
