Night of the companies: Targeted recruitment of skilled workers and young talent

For companies in the Aachen region, attracting qualified professionals and up-and-coming talent remains a key challenge. The “Night of Companies” (NdU) offers a proven platform for this: It brings regional employers directly together with potential applicants—in person, efficiently, and on equal footing.

On October 20, 2026, regional companies will present their opportunities—from jobs and dual study programs to internships—at the Aachen Technology Center (TZA). The fair specifically targets skilled workers, students, and graduates and facilitates direct conversations with potential employers.

The compact evening format ensures a high volume of interactions. Workshops and counseling sessions begin as early as 4 p.m., before the fair opens at 5 p.m. Shuttle bus tours offer additional insights into participating companies.
