4th Aachen Housing Project Day

On Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 10.00 a.m., the Aachen Housing Project Day will take place for the 4th time at the Depot in Talstraße. Under the title "New housing projects for old houses", the focus is increasingly shifting to existing properties. Together, we are looking for answers and inspiration to the question: How can a community housing project be developed and implemented in an existing building?

A colorful bouquet of keynote speeches, discussions, workshops and a market of possibilities awaits, inviting you to browse. In addition to all the information, there will be plenty of time for exchange and networking between interested parties, initiatives, project groups and experts on the topic of building and living in communities.

In addition to visiting the depot, some of Aachen's 12 housing projects will also be opening their doors to interested parties from 2.30 pm.
