What you need to bear in mind

The recycling yards only accept material in normal household quantities and only from citizens of the city of Aachen.
"Normal household quantities" means, for example, 1/2 cubic meter per month for wood and building rubble and 1 cubic meter per month for garden waste. For bulky items, acceptance is limited to five small items.
Only unmixed and recyclable material is accepted.
The trained recycling center staff is entitled to reject deliveries that do not meet the requirements in terms of origin, type or quantity.

Delivery authorization

Do you have waste that needs to be taken to the recycling center, but cannot take it away yourself?
In this case, you can authorize acquaintances or relatives to dispose of your waste at the recycling center by issuing a delivery permit, even if they do not come from Aachen or live there.
