Guidelines for external planners
The aim of the guidelines is to provide a binding description of the key processes in the project for the externally commissioned architects and engineers and to define how they are to be prepared.
The content of the guidelines and the resulting services are contractually agreed as part of the respective assignment.
Deviations from the processes described in the guidelines must be agreed with the respective project manager. Any necessary internal coordination within building management will be carried out by the project manager if required.
