Explanations on planning

The former Starfish discotheque site is to be developed into a mix of commercial and exhibition space as well as service and office space with associated laboratories, workshops and limited retail space. The usage portfolio is to be supplemented by gastronomic offerings as well as event space. The current uses in the existing buildings will continue to be safeguarded.
A high proportion of greenery, high-quality open spaces and inner courtyards as well as the creation of a car-free core area are intended to create a high overall quality of stay.
