Process status

The planning committee and the Aachen-Kornelimünster/Walheim district council have decided to carry out the public exhibition in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the German Building Code.
Public exhibition was held: 25.06.2018 - 27.07.2018.
Due to formal errors, the public exhibition will be repeated: 17.09.-19.10.2018.
The submissions already made will be included in the procedure and do not need to be resubmitted!

Explanations on planning

A discount grocery store is to be located on the vacant corner plot to provide local supplies for the residential area, with access from Schleckheimer Strasse. Two apartment buildings are to be built in the area of August-Macke-Straße.
