Planning

The aim of the development plan now to be drawn up is to reorganize the area between Grüner Weg and the railroad line. It is important to resolve the dead-end access for the rear row and to create the shortest possible access routes from Grüner Weg. By improving the development, the commercial location should be able to develop further and be upgraded. The aim is to integrate existing businesses into the partly necessary reorganization of the plots. The allocation of the necessary green parking spaces to a future stop on the Euregiobahn is to be prepared.
