Explanations on planning
Development plan no. 919 is intended to preserve the existing urban structure in the plan area. The representations of the AACHEN*2030 land use plan will be transferred to the binding urban land-use planning. The density and building structure that characterize the district are to be preserved. The area is characterized by a strong greening and a transition from built-up areas to agricultural land and forest. The transition from a wetland meadow in the interior of the block via meadow areas to the Aachener Wald recreational area is also recognizable. Structural developments in the plan area are to be moderately controlled. The plan area is located within the urban climate ventilation zone, which is to be protected by the provisions of the development plan. The opening up of the Wurmbach from Grindelweg is to be secured under planning law. For the private development area An den Wurmquellen, it should be clearly regulated under planning law that this is a private development facility. The agricultural areas are to be designated as such in order to preserve this important natural area in the transition to the Aachen Forest in the long term.
Notes on public interpretation:
DIN regulations and other private regulations to which reference is made in the textual provisions of the development plan are to be applied in the version valid at the time these by-laws are issued and are available for inspection during opening hours at the Geoinformation and Land Development Department, Administration Building Am Marschiertor, Lagerhausstaße 20, 52064 Aachen, 3rd floor, Room 355/356.
In accordance with Section 3 (2) sentence 4, it is pointed out that comments can be submitted during the publication period, that comments should be submitted electronically, but can also be submitted by other means if required, that comments not submitted on time may be disregarded in the resolution on the development plan and that an application pursuant to Section 47 of the Administrative Court Code is inadmissible if it asserts objections that were not asserted or were asserted late by the applicant in the context of the interpretation, but could have been asserted.
