Explanations on planning

For a section of the former Camp Hitfeld military site (Gabrielle Petit), the legal planning requirements for the use of the site as an open-space photovoltaic plant are to be created. This conversion area is to be designated or depicted as an area for utility facilities with the purpose of generating electricity from renewable energies.
