Explanations

Development plan no. 11 Haaren came into force with its announcement on 24.02.1965 and includes a structural expansion of the town center in the direction of Haarberg. With the establishment of development plan no. 659 - green corridor - development plan no. 11 was superimposed and thus replaced.

As the urban development objectives of development plan no. 659 have not yet been implemented, it is to be revoked in a parallel procedure. This would make development plan no. 11 valid again.

As the urban development objectives of development plan no. 11 have also not been implemented and the development plan also has legal deficiencies, it should be revoked.

On May 6, 2010, the planning committee decided to initiate the annulment procedure and the public presentation.
