Newly published - brochure on green roofs on school buildings in the city of Aachen

In times of climate change, the greening of roofs and facades is an important measure for improving the urban climate and water retention.

This measure has also been receiving a great deal of attention in the planning of municipal buildings for some time and is being implemented.

The brochure "Aachen's Green Roofs 2024 - Green Roofs on School Buildings", produced by the City of Aachen's building management department, provides an overview of all existing green roofs on school buildings in the city of Aachen. At the same time, the brochure was also the basis for optimizing maintenance for the long-term preservation of existing roofs and the planning of future roofs.
