How to become a "sponsor"...

As a thank you for the tireless commitment of Aachen's citizens, the City of Aachen offers holders of the Aachen Volunteer Pass a wide range of discounts.

In order to make and maintain the Aachen Volunteer Pass and thus volunteering in Aachen more and more attractive, we are constantly looking for new cooperation partners who would like to say THANK YOU as a "sponsor".

What could your commitment look like?

Basically, you can decide for yourself how far you want to go with your involvement - the possibilities are virtually unlimited:

• a birthday present
• Special conditions on purchases in your store
• Special discounts on admission or participation fees
• Special events for holders of the Aachen Volunteer Pass
• And, and, and...

It is only important to note that the benefits you grant should represent an appreciation of voluntary work: For many Aachen residents, commitment to society is a matter of course, but should not be taken as such. You can find examples on the Volunteer Pass page.

Are you enthusiastic about the idea?

Fill out the form and send it to us with the subject "EAP discount". You will always receive feedback as to whether your offer is eligible for the Aachen Volunteer Pass. If an agreement is reached, you will receive a certificate signed by you and the Mayor of Aachen.
