Contact points

The city of Aachen offers many opportunities to get involved, obtain information and exchange ideas.

The control center (clarification center)

You don't know which office to contact with your question or concern? Or have you already contacted various departments within the municipal administration, but have not (yet) received sufficient help? Then you've come to the right place!

Our employees know the administration and its structures inside out. We will be happy to support you quickly and unbureaucratically in finding the right contact person for your request. Together with the relevant specialist departments, we can help you find the right solution.

If you have any questions about services, e.g. applying for documents or submitting applications, the contact persons at the Servicecenter Call Aachen will be happy to help you or you can use the City of Aachen's service portal.
