Calendar of events of the city of Aachen

The City of Aachen endeavors to operate the event calendar without errors or interruptions to the best of its ability.

Should there be a failure of the event calendar or other problems for whatever reason, so that for example events, event changes and/or event cancellations are not communicated, there is no obligation on the part of the City of Aachen to inform the applicant of these problems.

The City of Aachen is entitled to discontinue the operation of the event calendar at any time without giving reasons, either temporarily or permanently. The person registering has no claim to the continued operation of the calendar of events.

In particular, the City of Aachen is also entitled to restart the event calendar for the purpose of adapting these terms of use, which means that all entries published up to that point will be deleted and must be re-entered by the person registering if they agree to the new terms of use.

The City of Aachen does not have to be informed of the cessation of operations or the restart of operations.
