Template for emergency fax

Hearing Impaired Center Aachen

  • Emergency call fax of the StädteRegion Aachen

The fax template was developed by the German Association for the Hard of Hearing and adapted to local conditions by the Aachen Fire Department.

The emergency call fax form was designed as a fillable PDF form and offers those affected the opportunity to enter their personal data in the form in advance and print it out. If necessary, they then only need to tick the appropriate symbol for the request for help and, if necessary, enter a short message to the control center. The person concerned then only needs to send the emergency fax to the emergency number 112.

The firefighters in the control centers can in turn enter the desired information or inform those affected that help is on the way by sending the fax back to the person concerned as a reply.
