Allocation of building plots in Kornelimünster West

The City of Aachen is awarding around 20 building plots in Kornelimünster-West. The award is aimed at developers who have experience in the planning and construction of sustainable and affordable detached houses, semi-detached houses and groups of houses. The plots will be awarded in their entirety to a developer under heritable building rights.

With the development of the Kornelimünster West residential area, the city of Aachen is pursuing the goal of providing families with children who are willing to build a suitable home. The planned development consists of a mix of detached and semi-detached houses as well as groups of houses, which is intended to meet the different needs and living requirements of future residents.

Property for commercial use, Neuenhofstrasse

The city of Aachen is awarding a commercial property in Eilendorf. The plot is 3,913 m² in size and is located on Neuenhofstrasse, just under 4 kilometers from Aachen city center. The aim of the award is to round off the existing commercial area in the transition to the landscape towards Vennbahnweg and to develop it in line with architectural and open space planning requirements.
