Daycare level plan

We need your help so that we can plan well

We need to know about you:

• When does your child have to be
  at daycare?
• When can you perhaps pick up the child
  earlier?

We have made a form.
The form is called self-disclosure.
The form is also in this letter.
Please complete the self-disclosure.
Then hand in the self-disclosure
in the group.

Attention:
Please tell the daycare center management immediately
if something changes.
For example
if you have to work longer.
We may then have to change our plan
.

The most important time is
from 9 am to 2.30 pm.

Because then
many parents have to work.
During this time, all children
should be able to come to the daycare center.
Even if we have few staff.
If we have very few staff:
Then perhapsnot all children can stay in the daycare center in the afternoon
.

If your daycare center is in level 1:
Then everything is the same for you and your child
.
The times at the daycare center
do not change.

If your daycare center is in level 2:
The daycare center has problems.
But we still try
that all children can come.
So probably
nothing will change for your child.

But:
You will already receive a letter
with information about stage 3.
The letter will tell you
what will change for your child in stage 3.
So you can better prepare for the
changes.

Important:
When there is more staff again
everything is the same as before

If your daycare center is in level 3:
Then the daycare center
no longer has enough staff.
This means:
Not all children
can stay in the daycare center all day.

The daycare center management looks at
the self-disclosure of all children.
Then the daycare center management decides.
It will then be like this:
Some children can stay the whole day as usual
.
Maybe because their parents
both have to work.
But other children have to be picked up
earlier.
Because there is not enough staff
for all children.
Most of the time this works.

But if too many children
need care all day:
Then the groups must close in the afternoon
alternately for a week.
This means, for example:
In the first week, your child
can also stay at the daycare center in the afternoon.
But not the next week.
In the week after that, your child
can stay at the daycare center again.
We call this the alternating model.

If your daycare center is in level 4:
Then the daycare center closes for all
at 2:30 p.m.
There may be
emergency care.
If you need
emergency care:
Please ask the daycare center management

If your daycare center is in level 5:
Then the daycare center has
shorter opening hours every day.
For example, only until 12 noon.
There may then also be a
alternating model for whole days.
This means, for example:
Your child can only go to the daycare center every 2nd week
.
Or the daycare center
is closed for a week.

If your daycare center is in level 6:
Then we have to close the daycare center.

We would very much like
more educatorsto work for us.
But unfortunately there aren't any at the moment.
That's why we thought of something:
There are definitely people
who like to look after our children.
Even if they haven't learned the profession of educator
.

We would like to work
with these people.
But the government
has to allow us to do so first.
We are waiting for that.

This situation
is very difficult for everyone.
Especially for you as parents.
But also for the staff
in the daycare centers.
Because the educators often have to work
much more than usual.

This is the most important thing:
The children must not
suffer from the situation.
We are doing everything
to ensure this and ask for your understanding.
