Wohnsinn - A residential project in a listed building

The Wohnsinn housing project opens its doors on Open Monument Day and gives an insight into how self-managed housing and monument protection go together.

Under the motto "Energy efficiency up - rents down", we renovated our two listed townhouses, built in 1898, in 2023 to make them more energy efficient and restored the façade. We are demonstrating this: Sustainable living quality does not have to go hand in hand with rising rents.

We are happy to invite all interested parties to join us for coffee and cake, project tours and friendly conversation between 2 and 5 pm.
