The Rosfabrik - New use for an old location

The Rosfabrik was home to the needle production of the company "Jos. Zimmermann" (Jungbecker) for over 150 years. The factory owner's residence in the bourgeois villa with its typical Aachen baroque façade in the Couven style used to impress with its size and the imposing wooden staircase.

Behind the gate are the two old production halls, connected by a cast-iron bridge. They were gradually converted into modern workshops and offices.

You can access our beautiful "Rosbistro" via the freely accessible inner courtyard. Here we have prepared a small exhibition of old photos and needle production products for you to enjoy with an ice cream, coffee and drinks.
