Aachen Town Hall - from rule to dialog

The Granus Tower is certainly less well known, although it is a prominent feature of the Aachen City Hall. Spanning four storeys, it still presents itself in its Carolingian-era form - a representative stair tower whose purpose, however, is still controversial today. We go in search of clues inside the building for hidden signs of its use and finish with a look into the roof truss of the town hall.
