Senior carnival

On Tuesday, February 3 and Wednesday, February 4, 2026, the traditional senior citizens' carnival sessions of the Department of Housing, Social Affairs and Integration will take place for the 57th time in the Europa-Saal of the EUROGRESS Aachen. All Aachen residents aged 60 and over are invited to the sessions. Admission is free.

In addition to the performances by well-known carnival artists, the highlight of the sessions is the entry of Prince Lukas I, who will not miss the opportunity to greet the senior citizens in person.

Buses are available free of charge at Monheimsallee for the return journey.
Tickets will be issued on Friday, January 9, 2026.
Tickets will be issued in the district offices from 8 - 10 a.m.,
in the Kornelimünster district office from 9 a.m. and
in the Bahnhofplatz administration building, Hackländerstr. 1, from 8 - 11 a.m.
