"Your opinion counts!" - Open citizens' dialog with Lord Mayor Sibylle Keupen in Eilendorf
The City of Aachen invites you to a discussion: On Friday, July 4, 2025, Lord Mayor Sibylle Keupen will come to Eilendorf as part of the city's Citizens' Dialogue. From 5:30 to 7:30 pm, the Eilendorf district office (meeting room, Heinrich-Thomas-Platz 1) will offer a place for open exchange, participation and democracy in action.
All citizens from Eilendorf and the surrounding area are cordially invited to share their questions, ideas and wishes on urban development directly with the city leadership and the head of the district office, Gerd Kempf. The event is open, free of charge and deliberately low-threshold - without a stage, but with real discussions at eye level.
"Democracy thrives on listening - and on people feeling that their voice makes a difference. This is exactly what we want to achieve with the Citizens' Dialogue," says Mayor Sibylle Keupen.
After successful stops in Laurensberg, Haaren, Richterich and Brand, the focus is now on Eilendorf. The Citizens' Dialogue is a permanent fixture in the municipal calendar and takes place once or twice a month at different locations throughout Aachen. The aim is to address concerns at an early stage, create transparency and develop solutions together.
All interested parties are welcome to come along and get involved. Registration is not required. Anyone who would like to share a specific concern in advance can do so by emailing the Citizens' Dialogue team at buerger_innendialog@mail.aachen.de.
