"Harmonize mind and body - for more calm, stability and resilience"

On Monday, June 2, all interested parties are cordially invited to attend the interactive lecture "Mindfulness: bringing mind and body into harmony - for more calm, stability and resilience" by Susann Sommerhoff, psychological counselor and learning coach. The organizer offers childcare for the duration of the lecture.

Stress, dissatisfaction and grumbling often gnaw away at family peace. So it's high time to pause for a moment. But that's easier said than done. There are little tricks that can help bring mindfulness and serenity into our everyday family life. They slow things down and improve the mood of all family members, helping them to cope with the many challenges of everyday family life in a more relaxed way. Susanne Sommerhoff responds individually to listeners, listens to the stories and gives tips and tricks that can help to bring calm into situations that would otherwise end in chaos and noise.
