Meeting center of the Workers' Welfare Association
The Workers' Welfare Association's senior citizens' meeting center is located in the former outer bailey of Schönau Castle in Richterich and is part of the AWO Aachen District Association
Services offered by the Malteser Hilfsdienst Aachen
The Malteser Begegnungsstätte in Richterich (MalteseRich) is located at Horbacher Straße 55 and is a specialist service center for care in old age.

Under this motto, the Richterich/Horbach neighbourhood hotline was launched in mid-April 2016 on 0241 - 95 29 63 92.
This is aimed in particular at senior citizens in the Richterich/Horbach district who need help with minor problems and have questions about everyday life.
