A special highlight was the visit by pupils from the Montessori elementary school opposite, Mataréstraße. They were allowed to look over the artist's shoulder as he worked, ask questions and try out spraying for themselves. This allowed the children to experience first-hand how a work of art is created in a public space.
Jagama had previously emerged as the winner of the competition to design the façade.
Now we are looking forward to being able to admire the finished work in full size without the scaffolding soon!
