Amendment to the Aachen*2030 land-use plan Sportpark Soers-Mitte

The AACHEN*2030 land use plan is to be amended for the planning area in the Aachen-Laurensberg district, in the area between Eulersweg, Hubert-Wienen-Straße, Krefelderstraße, am Sportpark Soers and Soerser Wegs. The aim of the planning is to designate a special area with the purpose of "sport, leisure and culture" in order to implement the requirements of the Soers Sports Park Master Plan.

Participation in the procedure is possible in the period from 27.10.2025 up to and including 28.11.2025.

The city administration will provide information on the procedure on: November 19, 2025, 6 p.m.
