Process status

The planning committee has decided to carry out the public display in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the German Building Code. Consultation date: PLA: 08.12.2022
Public display: 09.01.2023 - 10.02.2023 (exhibition of the plans)

Explanations on planning

The plan is to build mainly four-storey apartment buildings with commercial premises, a daycare center and an underground car park. In addition, the bunker on Südstrasse is to be converted and extended. The overgrown plot behind the houses on Boxgraben will remain undeveloped. Since the last public consultation (2019), some changes have been made to the plans.

In accordance with Section 3 (2) sentence 2, it is pointed out that comments may be submitted during the exhibition period, that comments not submitted in due time may be disregarded in the resolution on the development plan and that an application pursuant to Section 47 of the Administrative Court Code is inadmissible if it asserts objections that were not asserted by the applicant during the exhibition or were asserted late but could have been asserted.
