Explanations on planning
The aim of the planning is to create a new local supply location for the Walheim district. Due to the different planning scales and level of detail, three variants are being discussed for the amendment of the land use plan.
Notes on public interpretation:
DIN regulations and other private regulations to which reference is made in the textual provisions of the development plan are to be applied in the version valid at the time these bylaws are issued and are available for inspection during opening hours at the Geoinformation and Land Development Department, Am Marschiertor administration building, Lagerhausstaße 20, 52064 Aachen, 3rd floor, room 355/356.
