Planning
Enabled by the Act on the Mobilization of Building Land (Building Land Mobilization Act), which came into force on 23.06.2021, an orderly urban development is to be ensured for the plan area and planning law is to be created for a residential development in which the quota of publicly subsidized housing construction is based on the generally defined quota of 40% according to the quota resolution.

DIN regulations and other private regulations to which reference is made in the textual provisions of the development plan are to be applied in the version valid at the time these bylaws are issued and are available for inspection during opening hours at the Geoinformation and Land Development Department, Am Marschiertor administration building, Lagerhausstaße 20, 52064 Aachen, 3rd floor, room 355/356.
