Explanations on planning

A mixed-use quarter is to be created in the area between Monheimsallee and the former Protestant cemetery. The aim of the planning is to develop a new ensemble of buildings at the Stadtpark and to realize residential uses close to the city center as well as commercial uses that do not cause significant disruption. The aim is to create a mix of residential, office and service uses as well as uses with a public character.

In accordance with Section 3 (2) sentence 2, it is pointed out that comments may be submitted during the exhibition period, that comments not submitted in due time may be disregarded in the resolution on the development plan and that an application pursuant to Section 47 of the Administrative Court Code is inadmissible if it asserts objections that were not asserted by the applicant during the exhibition or were asserted late but could have been asserted.
