Explanations on planning
The areas of the former railroad line to Nordbahnhof are to be used to develop a "green mobility route". In addition to the creation of a supra-regional cycle path, a continuous green link is to be created here and areas for the realization of a public transport route (in particular for local rail transport) are to be provided. The existing commercial areas around the former railroad line are to be secured and further developed.
