The Planning Committee (PLA) has decided to carry out early public participation in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the German Building Code. Consultation date: PLA: 26.08.2021

Early public participation: 20.06.2022 - 29.07.2022 (planning exhibition) and 22.06.2022 (hearing date)

The plan is to create potential space for university use and to develop the area into a vibrant urban building block.
