Process status

The planning committee and the Aachen-Mitte district council have decided to carry out early public participation in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the German Building Code. Early public participation: 17.02.2015 - 02.03.2015 (exhibition of the plans) and 18.02.2015 (hearing date)

Explanations on planning

The development of a residential area with approx. 40-60 residential units is planned on the site of the current market garden. Development will take place from Soerser Weg. For the existing buildings on Soerser Weg, the extension of buildings and a possible redensification are to be regulated.
