02/2024: Video shoot for the annual dialog on cycling "Together"

On 01.02.2024 (in the Lagerhausstraße administration building) and 15.02.2024 (at the ASEAG depot) the filming of the video "Annual Dialogue on Cycling 2023" took place.

Initiated by the adoption of the goals of the cycling decision, the administration has been looking back every year since 2019 on what was developed and achieved in the previous year to fulfill the goals of the cycling decision. The review always includes a video, which has always received a positive response. In order to bring the city of Aachen's commitment to promoting cycling in its entirety more into the public eye, the report will be even more broadly based from this year onwards.

The 2023 review of the series, which began as the "Annual Cycling Decision Event", is called "Annual Dialogue on Cycling" for the first time this year.
The term "dialogue" reflects the realization that cycling can and should only be promoted if other modes of transport are also taken into account. Hence the subtitle "Cycling in close cooperation with walking, public transport and motorized private transport" in 2023.

The public "Annual Dialogue on Cycling 2023" will take place hybrid on 19.03.2024 at 5 p.m. in the Depot, Talstraße, Aachen or on the youtube channel of the city of Aachen as a stream.

The video material captured on both dates will then celebrate its premiere as a 10-minute video.
