Free bike racks for events

1. Send an e-mail to"fahrradparken@mail.aachen.de".
   with the name and location of the event, start and end date, number of hangers and contact details
2. Receive feedback.
   Wait for confirmation of your booking with documents(guide, poster and loan agreement)
3. Arrange a collection and return appointment.
   Mon-Fri 8:30-16:30
4. Pick up the bike racks.
   Two people and a trailer/large van are required. You can use XL Transporter of the municipal car sharing directly in front of our warehouse in Zollamtstr. 10 (suitable for 24 hangers). The rental contract should be signed on site.
5. Set up the bike racks.
   Unfold the racks and place them on a flat surface. You can use our free poster with your name and logo on the bracket to draw attention to the usage period. We will send you the customized poster digitally. The poster will be printed and affixed by the event organizer.
   Note: A special permit is required to set up hangers in public areas.
6. Return the hangers.
   Damage or loss must be compensated by the borrower(s).
