We invite you to a line dance event on Saturday, May 10, from 18:00 - 21:30. Admission is from 17:30 via the main entrance at Reichsweg 30.
The Original Funny Dancers from Alsdorf offer all those interested in dancing (aged 14 and over) the opportunity to learn cool line dance moves in a one-hour workshop. The motto is "Have as much fun as possible together". Line dancing involves dancing in rows and lines next to and in front of each other to specific music (e.g. country or pop music). This makes it ideal for anyone who does not have a dance partner. The group dance promotes physical fitness and you get to meet nice new people at the same time. No previous experience is required.
Afterwards, you are invited to dance and party freely for two hours to the live music of the energetic duo Poppyfield. Alex and Silke Mohnfeld have been on stage together since 2011 and delight their audience with first-class country music and unique vocals. The two are also known for their appearance in the battles at THE VOICE OF GERMANY 2017 (as part of Mark Forster's team). Other highlights of their career to date include winning the European Country Music Champion title in 2012 and the Country Trophy in 2012. Her music offers the ideal opportunity to use the newly learned dance moves directly after the dance workshop. Free non-alcoholic drinks will be provided to cool you down.
