The Baha'i Faith teaches the unity of God, the unity of religions and the unity of humanity.
Bahá'u'lláh (1817 to 1892) is the founder of the Bahá'í religion. He recognizes the founders of religions that preceded him as God's messengers and at the same time claims to be the youngest link in a chain of God's messengers and to fulfil the promises of earlier religions.
The Bahá'í religion is the first world religion to enable an integrative view of all previous world religions. Through the doctrine of the progressive revelation of God, existing religious conflicts can be fundamentally and completely overcome. It unites all world religions into the "one religion of God".
The World Order on which Bahá'u'lláh's Revelation is based provides for "unity in diversity". It contains numerous elements that represent new impulses for the development of humanity and are indispensable for the peaceful coexistence of all peoples. Lasting world peace is only possible when the unity of humanity is realized in practice.
