Help with child endangerment

If children and young people are in distress and need protection, information about neglect or abuse can be reported directly via the child protection hotline 0241 432-5151. The emergency number is available around the clock!

You can reach the Crisis Intervention Service (KID) team of the Youth Welfare Office of the City of Aachen Mon - Thu from 8:00-17:00 and Fri from 8:00-13:00 on the child protection hotline and by email at kriseninterventionsdienst@mail.aachen.de.
