The Stadttteilbibliothek Depot is an OpenLibrary

With the help of the REACT-EU funding program for digital transformation, the Depot district library in Aachen was transformed into an open library with opening hours with and without staff in 2023.

Thanks to modern technology such as video surveillance, access computers, security gates and lighting with motion detectors, customers aged 16 and over with a valid library card can now use the Depot district library 42.5 hours a week, five days a week.
