Team supervision

Team supervision is used for prevention and intervention with the aim of strengthening the working ability of internal school working groups. Individual supervision

We support you with school challenges in confidential discussions. In doing so, we focus specifically on your concerns. Collegial case consultation

The method of collegial case consultation offers a structured space for a working group of eight to ten people to reflect on challenging teaching situations. With the help of creative and varied methods, new solutions are developed together. This allows you to expand your repertoire of actions and benefit from peer-to-peer exchange. If you use the method regularly, it makes a significant contribution to teacher health and increases team cohesion.

Online seminars

At regular intervals, we deal with school and counseling-related topics in approximately 60-90-minute video conferences. This allows you to familiarize yourself with interesting psychological topics from the comfort of your own home, take part in practical discussions and try out new inputs in practical exercises.
